What size rhinestone do you carry?
We carry sizes 2mm-5mm (ss6-ss20). Check photos in the listing to see sizing options.
What are your processing times?
We ship Monday-Friday. All orders ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
What products do you sell?
We sell resin rhinestones, glass rhinestones, faux pearls, tools and supplies for all types of blinging projects, storage containers, tumblers and more.
Who will be delivering my package?
We ship via USPS to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
When will I receive my order?
USPS delivery times for addresses within the U.S. vary by shipping service typically 1-3 business days.
International delivery times vary by shipping service from 1 to 3 day delivery with Global Express Guaranteed to up to 20 day for First Class Package International Service.

What to do if I haven't received my order but it says it was delivered?
Check with your mail carrier first to see if the package was misplaced. If they can't help, I would recommend speaking with a supervisor at your local post office, they should be able to help locate your package.
What happens if my package is lost?
All items purchased from BlingThat are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Can I make changes to an order I've already placed?
Our team is focused on serving as many customers as possible and due to high demand we are not able to make changes to existing orders.
If your order has not yet shipped you may contact us to cancel, please contact us with your order number. We will resolve it as quickly as possible so that your experience is simple and worry-free. If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case we accept returns within 14 days of receiving items.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return the items within 14 days for a refund on any unused or undamaged items. Refund will be processed once return is received.
Do you accept returns?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at blingthat@hotmail.com. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If return is accepted you may send the items back to the address on the invoice. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
